Cherry Hill (South Jersey) Litigation Associate
Duane Morris LLP has an opening in its Cherry Hill (South Jersey), New Jersey office for a mid to senior level litigation associate to join its growing Trial Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in corporate governance and/or securities litigation. Ideal candidates will have experience with derivative litigation, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims and other corporate litigation issues, as well as with securities laws. Background/ knowledge in regulatory (e.g., the SEC, CFTC) or criminal (e.g., DOJ, a USAO, District Attorney, OAG) enforcement organization would be helpful but is not required. Candidates should promote a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability; stellar academics and superior research and writing skills along with entrepreneurial drive, initiative, and who exudes and inspires confidence. NJ Bar admission required.
 
The target annual pay range for this role is $240,000-315,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
