Labor and Employment Senior Litigation Associate
Duane Morris LLP has an immediate opening for a senior level, highly motivated litigation associate to join its dynamic and growing Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration practice group to support its California practice in its San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have 7+  of substantive experience in employment litigation and a desire for trial work.  The successful candidate will also have meaningful experience in transactional employment work, including the drafting of employment and severance agreements, drafting EEOC position statements and DFEH responses, and conducting witness interviews and depositions.  A background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies and assisting clients with employment training programs is also a plus. Experience in traditional management labor relations is also advantageous. Superior academic and writing credentials along with California bar admission required. The target annual pay range for this role in San Francisco is $295,000-325,000.  Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
