Duane Morris LLP has an opening for an associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group. The candidate will have at least 2-4 years of meaningful experience in land use, planning and zoning. The ideal candidate will have experience representing property owners, developers, tenants, or municipalities throughout the land entitlement and development process along with working knowledge in environmental, regulatory and administrative law issues. The ideal candidate will have exceptional academics and hands-on practical and legal experience. Candidate can work out of the Firm’s LA, San Diego or San Francisco Office. Frequent travel to client sites in California may be necessary. CA Bar admission required. Hybrid 3/2 schedule.

 

The target annual pay range for this role in Los Angeles, San Diego or San Francisco is $225,000-265,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
