Duane Morris LLP seeks a mid to senior level associate to join its CMBS team.  The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance litigation and related transactions and/or a demonstrated desire to focus on that area of law.   Bankruptcy litigation experience would also be helpful and desirable.

Candidate will have excellent drafting, communication and supervisory skills along with an ability to work independently.  Position will involve overseeing teams and leading various projects including litigation document management, filings and other projects; complex motion drafting including all related processes (i.e., preparing ancillary filings, compliance with all applicable rules, etc.), and assisting with trial preparation.  This position is open in our Chicago, Miami, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York or San Francisco offices.  Stellar academics and bar admission required in office of practice. Hybrid work schedule available.

The target annual pay range for this role is $295,000+.  Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
