Duane Morris LLP has an opening in its San Francisco office for a complex commercial litigation associate to join its team. The ideal candidate will have between 2-5 years of sophisticated litigation experience including emphasis in commercial, business and employment litigation matters (white collar experience a plus). Candidate must have strong research and writing skills, ability to work independently and possess a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability. Stellar academics and research skills along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative are preferred. California bar admission required.
The target annual pay range for this role in Palo Alto is $220,000-$285,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
