Environmental Associate (Junior)
Duane Morris LLP is looking to add a junior associate with hands-on experience for its Environmental team in its North Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of environmental law experience and will provide legal support for clients on a wide variety of transactional, commercial, regulatory, enforcement and remediation matters, including but not limited to the negotiation, drafting and implementation of agreements and the negotiation of pre-litigation claims. The ideal candidate will work independently with supervision that is appropriate for the attorney’s level of experience. Stellar academics and superior writing and research skills required along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative. Candidate should possess a strong, positive presence, an ability to work independently and who will exude and inspire confidence. NJ bar admission required (or the ability to obtain/waive-in). NJ/NY admission preferred and flexibility as to office location will be considered. Hybrid work schedule available (3/2).
