Duane Morris LLP has an opening for a labor and employment associate to join its employment practice group in New York. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years' experience in employment related litigation and transactional employment work. Such experience includes handling discrimination cases, wage and hour class actions and contract disputes in federal and state court and/or before administrative agencies such as the Department of Labor and humans rights agencies. Candidate must be able to juggle multiple assignments, be strategic and detail oriented, have a high sense of urgency and have the ability to prioritize. Superior academic and writing credentials along with New York Bar admission required. NJ/PA/CT bar admissions a plus. Hybrid work schedule available.
The target annual pay range for this role in New York City is $225,000-$295,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
