Duane Morris LLP seeks a highly motivated senior associate or counsel to join its dynamic and growing Labor and Employment Class Action group in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of substantive experience in employment-related and/or class action litigation and a desire for trial work. Experience in defending employment discrimination, EEOC/DOL, and wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits, is desired. Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies and assisting clients with employment issues is required. Superior academic and research and writing credentials are required.
