Duane Morris LLP has an opening for a mid-level M&A associate to be based in its Baltimore, MD office. Join a rapidly growing transactional practice working on sophisticated M&A, private equity and finance transactions with leading investment funds and their portfolio companies. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with clients in the software, telecommunications, health care and biotech, financial services and cannabis industries. The successful candidate will also receive extensive training and mentorship, and the opportunity to develop his or her own practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-6 years of transactional experience and strong academic credentials. We are looking for attorneys who are business-minded, confident, solutions-oriented and work well as part of a team. Large law firm experience preferred. 

The target annual pay range for this role in Baltimore is $250,000-$345,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
