Duane Morris LLP seeks a full-time staff attorney with 2-4 years of experience in representing lenders in real estate/title and mortgage foreclosure actions in our Portland, Maine office.  Candidate will be experienced in Massachusetts and Maine banking and financial matters involving real estate and titles processes, will work closely with firm attorneys and will have direct client communications.  Candidates who do not have the requisite experience and willing to learn, will be considered.  Candidate will have superior writing skills along with ME bar;  bar admission or waiver to the Massachusetts bar is also desirable.
