Duane Morris LLP seeks a senior associate or counsel with 6+ years of experience for its expanding Tax Practice Group. The ideal candidate should possess a general federal income tax background with emphasis on taxation of partnerships, drafting and negotiating partnership operating agreements. Strong academics, law firm or Big 4 accounting firm experience required. Flexibility as to Duane Morris office along with bar admission required in office where candidate will practice.

 

The target annual pay range for this role is $335,000+. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
