Duane Morris LLP has an opening in its New York office for an associate to join its Private Client Services Practice Group.  Ideal candidate should have an LL.M. and at least 9- 12 years of law firm experience in estate and tax planning work for high net worth individuals.  Experience with estate administration, trust administration and drafting complex wills and estate plans required.  International planning matters is helpful but not required.   A strong tax background along with superior academic credentials is preferred.   NY admission required.  EOE/AA/M/F/D/V
