Duane Morris LLP is seeking an Intellectual Property Paralegal to assist in the preparation, filing, prosecution, due diligence and enforcement of patents, copyrights and trademarks in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), U.S. Copyright Office and patent and trademark offices in various countries.
Interested candidates must be detail-oriented team players with strong communication skills and exceptional technical skills. Minimum of 5 years' IP experience with a strong background in foreign prosecution and managing a patent prosecution docket, including managing complex U.S. IDS practices and non-U.S. prior art disclosures in a law firm environment required. Must have a thorough knowledge of patent docketing procedures and a thorough knowledge of U.S. patent prosecution procedures and PTO rules and forms. Bachelor’s degree or certificate in paralegal studies required.
