Duane Morris LLP seeks a senior health care associate or counsel to join its growing Health Law Practice Group.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing health care physician reimbursement, payor audit and billing related issues (including false/fraudulent claims, CPT guidelines, etc.) with an emphasis in emergency medicine and pathology.

Candidates with a corporate and transactional health care background in negotiating managed care contracts (commercial/ governmental) and hands on experience in provider/payor disputes and litigation are desired.   Self-starters with strong writing, communication skills and a desire for direct client interaction are encouraged to apply to joinour provider based national practice team.  This position can be based in Boston, Chicago, Miami or Philadelphia along with bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.  EOE/AA/M/F/D/V.
