The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in employment-related and/or class action litigation and a desire for trial work. Experience in defending employment discrimination, EEOC/DOL, and wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits, is desired. Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies and assisting clients with employment issues is required. Superior academic and research and writing credentials are required.
