Duane Morris LLP seeks an patent litigation associate with at least 1-4 years of sophisticated, complex litigation, preferably in federal court, for its Atlanta office.  Candidate must have strong writing skills and the ability to work independently and possess a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability. Stellar academics and research skills along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative are preferred; technical degree and/or background in defending patent litigation cases preferred but not required.
