Duane Morris LLP has an opening in its Houston office for a corporate associate to join its growing practice.   The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in  securities, mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, private equity/venture capital and general corporate work.  A strong academic background is required as well as meaningful law firm experience on sophisticated transactional matters, entrepreneurial drive and initiative.   TX bar admission is required.   EOE/AA/M/F/D/V.
