Duane Morris LLP seeks a junior/mid-level government contracts associate with 2-4 years of experience practicing federal government contracts to join its Government Contracts and International Trade Group.
The Duane Morris Government Contracts and International Trade Group offers government contracts representation on a broad range of matters, including bid protests, claims, prime-subcontractor disputes, government audits and investigations, international trade and export controls, cybersecurity, industrial security/cleared contracting, regulatory compliance, procurement fraud and small business program issues. Candidates must have in-depth experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and federal agency supplements relative to the full spectrum of government contracting to include: contract formation; contract administration; litigation; procurement fraud; cost accounting; construction; and intellectual property/data rights.
Candidates must have strong writing and research skills, must be capable of interacting with clients on time-sensitive, complex and high value procurement activities. As a prerequisite to interviews, candidates must provide a resume, cover letter, and two writing samples that represents their best work. Submissions will not be considered without providing such documents. Flexibility in office location but preference would be for the Chicago, DC or Philadelphia office. Bar admission required in jurisdiction of practice or waiver eligible.
