Duane Morris LLP seeks a construction associate to join its growing construction practice in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience drafting and negotiating design and construction agreements on behalf of owners and contractors on complex development projects, along with knowledge or understanding of insurance, bonding, risk mitigation, and lien law issues.  The position will be mostly transactional, but may involve construction litigation as well. Stellar academics and superior writing skills along with NJ bar admission are required. An engineering, architect or construction management degree is desirable.   EOE/AA/M/F/D/V.
