The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in sophisticated commercial litigation and construction law matters. Experience in drafting and negotiating complex construction, engineering, and real estate documents is a plus.  Candidate must have excellent legal research and writing skills, ability to work independently and possess a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability.
