ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: |
- Handle business development requests related to marketing materials, pitch packages, proposals, promotions, mailings, event preparation, and presentations.

- Assist with the organization, inventory, and fulfillment of collateral and promotional items.
|
- Act as marketing liaison to the office managers/coordinators including collaboration to fulfill distribution needs and ensure each office’s materials are stocked appropriately.
|
- Update, print and distribute marketing collateral for events and presentations.
|
- Conduct basic industry and practice research on associations, membership organizations and speaking engagements.
|
- Schedule/coordinate appointments; prepare agendas; reserve and prepare facilities for meetings.
|
- Make travel arrangements and reservations.
|
- Create and maintain Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.
|
- Serve as back up for intranet content updates using basic HTML coding.
|
- Create and conduct marketing surveys.
|
- Support the firm’s Webinar team by producing and/or participating in virtual client events and internal trainings.
|
- Oversee deliverables and deadlines for all sponsorships, conferences and events.
|
- Maintain In/Out tracker of all marketing material shipped to and returned from events.
|
- Support Events Manager(s) with event planning logistics including food and beverage orders, A/V requirements, CLE accreditation, creating evaluation forms, material delivery and insurance requirements.
|
- Act as marketing liaison with guest reception and hospitality.
|
- Provide on-site event staff assistance to execute tasks such as material set up, event registration, client accommodations, CLE accreditation logistics, etc.
