SUMMARY: Provides wide ranging and substantive administrative support to the Private Client Services practice group.



  • Serves as main point of contact for maintenance of Private Client Services department database
  • Processes incoming material by verifying accuracy; sorts and codes according to defined procedures.
  • Scan, type and drafts documents; sorts, reviews and screens documents for completeness
  • Serves as backup to will vault process and procedures
  • Assist with drafting of probate papers
  • Opens and distributes mail
  • Assist with large mailings (certified mail, etc.)
  • Retrieves information from files, computer records and other sources in response to specific requests.
  • Releases information and documents in accordance with established processes.
  • Maintains logs and other records to support the tracking of case files.
  • Supports the maintenance and storage of legal documents.
  • Maintains reports on new client matters.
  • Sets up files to be maintained in central storage.
  • Assists with inventory of central files.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned



  • High school diploma. Post-high school education preferred.
  • 0-1 year of related administrative experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; some Excel experience preferred
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 10 lbs and use a ladder to climb/reach items
  • Position requires working onsite 5 days per week
