Health Care Transactional/Regulatory – Junior-Mid-Level Associate


Duane Morris LLP has an opening in for a health care associate with at 2-4 years of experience to join the firm’s Health Law Practice Group.  The ideal candidate should have a strong health care regulatory background with strong experience in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, commercial payor reimbursement, and managed care.  The candidate should have demonstrated interest and experience in practicing health law and should possess strong self-starter credentials with good writing, communication and client relations skills.  This position will be located in the Atlanta, Miami, Austin or Philadelphia office, thus there is a strong preference for candidates to be  licensed in those jurisdictions or eligible for waivers.
