Duane Morris LLP has an opening for a senior associate or counsel to join its strong and growing 190 + lawyer Corporate Practice Group in its Philadelphia or Wilmington office.  Candidate must have a general counsel practice (including corporate governance and commercial contracts experience and drafting such as collaboration agreements and master services agreement) first-hand experience in drafting and reviewing venture capital investment documents, confidentiality, consulting, material transfer, master services license, clinical trial and research agreements with knowledge/background in the life science sector.  The ideal candidate will possess at least 5+ years of legal industry experience with a background in DE and PA corporate laws.  Prospective candidates will be able to work independently, engender client confidence and thrive in a creative, entrepreneurial and collegial environment.
