SUMMARY: Seeking an experienced paralegal with 2-4 years of experience with foreclosure to assist attorneys in representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions and title issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Experience to prepare and file claims, motions, and related court documents a strong plus.
• Experience in foreclosure sales a strong plus.
• Experience in tracking and reporting on volume a strong plus.
• Position identified for our New York office but potential for flexibility for the right candidate
• Candidate will work closely with firm attorneys.
• Strong communication skills a must

• Highly organized, detail oriented, industrious and well-rounded
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments to meet tight deadlines.
• A commitment to providing excellent client service required
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification required.
