Hybrid Work Environment: Duane Morris recognizes the benefits of supporting flexible working arrangements. The firm offers a hybrid work environment that provides associates the ability to work remotely two days per week.

Search Firm Sign In Duane Morris accepts candidate submissions from search firms for select positions. These positions are viewable in our portal using your firm’s unique login. Each agency will receive one ID for the entire agency – not per office or individual recruiter. Please reach out to the appropriate recruiter if you need login credentials.

Candidates must be submitted via the portal to all positions for which you would like them considered. Candidates not submitted through our online portal will not be considered. You will not be compensated for your candidate if submitted outside of our normal process, even if Duane Morris hires said candidate. Please note: We will not consider submissions of attorneys in their first or second year of practice.

If we wish to proceed with your candidate, the firm’s standard fee agreement will need to be executed. Our fee agreements are specific to practice group and location, and as such, are not executed unless the practice group elects to move forward with your submission.
